Description:

CLASSIC WOODEN  BOAT Plus

I am the original owner of a Penn Yan 1964 15' Wayfarer, model
W5 535, completely outfitted and with mooring cover and navy top
(all original equipment).  It's in excellent condition and has
never been in the water overnight.  It has been kept in my garage
when not in use.

It falls in the "Classic Boat" category and is an excellent lake
boat.  I have not put it on the market yet.

P.S.  We retired to Texas from New York State in 1990.
The boat, itself, was refurbished by Hudson Woodcraft,
(at Peterson's Boat Yard, Upper Nyack, N.Y. in 1987),
      before we moved.
           ---------------------------------------

This boat has been around Manhattan Island twice.
spent summers at Sag Harbor, Long Island
travelled up and down the Hudson River
(very near where we used to live)
been through the Thousand Islands in the St.
Lawrence River
been on Lake George, N.Y. and Seneca Lake - one of
the Finger Lakes
been on Lakes Lewisville, Roberts and Grapevine
                     etc.
Speaking from personal experience, we consider this an adequately powered,
seaworthy boat that we have constantly maintained.  I have kept a log
since I bought it.

It is registered and the trailer is licensed in Texas.

You are encouraged to see the boat, etc..
